Since I am a first-time owner and not aware of the procedures and processes. Kim was very good, supportive, and helpful with the closure procedure of the house. She has been communicating with the seller, seller agent, and home inspection agents on our behalf to close the things in a smoother way. I am very much thankful to Kim for helping and guiding on choosing the house, searching vendors for fixing the open issue, and buying the required home appliances. My family and I are very much happy with her helpful nature.
